Family Medical Group (CFMG), founded in 1976, is a group of seven Family
Medicine Physicians located in Columbia, Missouri. The group offers two convient
locations, comprehensive outpatient care, hospital care and 24 hour call coverage

CFMG's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) allows your physician
immediate access to your past medical history, allergies, immunizations, and
current medications. Your physician can also FAX your perscriptions to the
pharmacy of your choice during your visit!
